I really haven’t been cooking much this month. I’m a little sluggish I guess and not many mouths around to feed. And then I had my wisdom teeth pulled…. All four of them...A real appetizer killer. Anyway...I did find this morsel of a recipe which has been well received. The Judge liked it – what else could you ask for?! This most delicious recipe for chicken comes from a famous chef via my son’s friend who got it from his friend. Names are not disclosed by request of the recipe provider. I will say no more other than that it is DELICIOUS. I can tell by looking at it . The skin is deeply, darkly golden and crispy. The chicken meat is juicy and succulent looking falling away from the fork and knife at the mere suggestion of being cut. I can count on you for sage advice and honesty which you will give freely because you know that as my oldest friend – we aren’t going anywhere – no matter what you say to me.
