is a cook, lawyer, mother, wife, daughter, and friend. She loves to cook and to experiment in her kitchen, to entertain, and to feed the people she loves. Amy spent 35 years representing children in the practice of law before being diagnosed with a brain tumor. After successful surgery for the removal of the tumor, she made the decision to cut back on her Law Practice and to focus primarily on building a small food business – Batch-33.
Batch-33 is a culmination of decades of hard work, growth, and creativity in the kitchen. Today, Amy creates delicious, organic, locally sourced small-batch jams and granolas for everyone to enjoy, spreading her love (for the kitchen and for people) to farmer’s markets, local shops, bakeries, coffee houses and more.
